Guests with Disabilities

Free accessible shuttle buses will be available to escort people from the parking facilities to the graduation site. The shuttles will make continuous runs on the following schedule:

Saturday, May 28, 7:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday, May 29, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Complimentary wheelchairs will be available at Healy Circle.  Wheelchairs are for on campus use only and can be checked in and out on a daily basis according to the schedule below. You must provide a valid driver’s license or credit card to borrow a wheelchair.

Wheelchair Tent Schedule:

Saturday, May 28, 7:30am – 6:30pm

Sunday, May 29, 8:30am – 1:00pm

Both of our commencement ceremonies offer a sign language interpreter and closed captioning. If you have a question regarding a specific ceremony, or a specific accessibility need, please contact mcevents@georgetown.edu.
